1973 Harley Davidson Police

ENGINE: 45" Flathead that has been Meticulously Rebuilt Inside & Out + Top to Bottom, with New #6 Heads added for cooling. New #6 Alloy heads (today) cost over $700. Small H-D kehin cv carb, with PEEK intake seals. Stock exhaust was un-acceptable, so true-duals were modified, by adding internal Heat coating, baffle bolts, + extending dual exhaust pipes to exit at the rear axle on Left side (as stock did). Good Solid Runner: after rebuild, & barely broken-in. Mostly competing in bike shows initially. Then due to relocating & circumstances, bike was Properly Prepped & been stored since late 07. Transmission: Correct 3 Speed with Reverse Trans which also recieved the same level of Meticulous Restoration & detail as did the engine. Engine & Trans done by Old FlatHead Specialist. Servi Box, Lid, Tanks & Sheetmetal: Are ALL in Very Good condition. Paint: is Very Presentable, older 2 Stage Paint Job. White base coat, with very small amount of metallic added in 1st clear coat, then more clear coats added. Very subtle look, yet striking in the right light. Pics don't do it justice. Electric Start: Correct, complete & in Very Good condition as well. GM "1 wire" Alternator (looks stock) yet simple w/ Rock solid reliability, (will need battery). New Primary & Secondary Chains, New Barnett Kevlar Clutches, New Pressure plate springs, New Throw Out Bearing, & Stainless Steel Battery Box.
